I've been doing some extreme on-line dating in the past year. I had a boyfriend up until 1 year and a half ago but one day he decided to leave me for a good friend of mine. It turns out that they had been seeing each other for most of the time I was with him without my knowledge. When they both did that horrible thing to me I decided that Iwasn'tgoing to sit at home and be upset about it, I was going to go out and have fun and find myself someone way better that him. So I joined a superpopulardating site that I found online and have not looked back since then. It turns out that this joining this dating site ended up being one of the bestdecisionsI have ever made. This dating site made me realize that there are so many more men out there in the world and that I didn't have to stick around and take anyone’s crap or be hurt by someone's disrespect.

Ever since I first joined the dating site I began to meet a lot of new people including women members. Soon I was having a really fun and active social life and one day it was funny to notice that I hadn't even thought about my ex. My heart was healed and since then I have been very careful with it. That's what the problem is with us women, we give out heart away too easily. We will give it to some jerk without him even deserving it and then when that jerk hurts us we wonder how it could have happened. Most times itwouldn'thave even happened if we would have taken the time to really get to know the guy before giving so much of ourselves. A guy will reveal his true self very early on and all you have to do is be aware and watch for it.

Now when I meet a guy I take things very slowly. I take care of myself before men, I make sure that I am the priority and if the guy I am with shows even one tiny hint of being a jerk I never see him again, it’s as simple as that and it has helped me a lot. I haven't met the right guy but I am enjoying dating around and getting to know different guys. One ofthesedays I am sure that right one will come along.
